MIC assisted an Automotive Tier 1 Parts Supplier with a rack modification. Before the project, the part hangers protruded past the edge of the rack. This caused damage to other racks and bent the hangers, prohibiting use of the racks for parts. We removed the end of the rod that extended past the edge of the rack. Then we added a new chamfer which aids in putting parts into the rack. The option of on-site service from MIC eliminated shipping costs for this job.
